StartLiveFit – Personal Training Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Fees & Deductions


  • Cancellations 24+ hours before the session: no charge.
     
  • Cancellations under 24 hours before the session: one session will be deducted from your package (or full session fee charged if paying per session).
     
  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations and will result in a session deduction or full charge.
     

Late Arrivals
Sessions start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals cannot extend beyond the booked slot.


Emergencies
We understand life happens—exceptions may be granted at the trainer’s discretion for true emergencies.
