Once you signed up you will have access to the fitness app for training on-demand, no matter where you are in the world. Perhaps you’re in the park during your lunch hour or on a tropical beach in the Bahamas – whatever you’re doing, I’ve created the ultimate hub to track your progress through photos, weigh-ins, measurements and quick chats with your personal trainer.

The In App plan is more than just a workout plan – it is specially designed to become your resource center for the best practices and techniques for your exercises, as well as a communications hub for speedy communication, so you can make the most out of every session.

Workout Tracking

With App you'll get a personalize fitness plan. Can track it using the fitness app. This includes workout, photos, and body stats tracking.

Habit Tracking

Building good habits is the key to your success. You can now track habits to give you a fantastic head start.

Exercise Videos

All of the workouts I assigned will have video instructions. It's like I'm there with you in person. It's only a click away to see how an exercise is done correctly.

Nutrition

You'll get a personalize nutrition plan and can track it using the in-app tracking. Your trainer can see nutrition to provide feedback.

Check Ins

With app, you'll get two 15-min monthly zoom check ins. You can also text your trainer if you have any question 24/7.

Task Calendar

All workouts are on the calendar. The app will remind you about your workouts, habit tracking, nutrition, and appointments to keep you on top of your fitness.
