Why go to the gym when the gym can come to you? During your virtual personal training sessions with me, you’ll embark on an engaging and effective workout that is completed from the comfort of your home – yet nothing short of exercise variations and full of real-time feedback. Like Anne here, she enjoys her workout in her own home and sometimes her office. She doesn’t have to drive to the gym and loves her privacy.

I understand that going to a physical gym can be a feat in itself – so why not save yourself the time and stress by finding a virtual personal trainer like me? Now committing to your goals is easier and more achievable than ever!
Minimal is needed and we don’t need any special equipment. All of the workouts are designed to allow us to use zero to minimal equipment. Dumbbells, a bench, a ball, resistance bands, and/or bodyweight are sufficient enough to have a great workout.
For the virtual aspect, a reliable internet connection is needed. We are going to use a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone. For workout meetings, we will be using Zoom Meeting, Skype, or FaceTime. For delivering workout programs and nutrition plans, we are utilizing SLFit App, Fitbit, or MyFitnessPal. These apps are free of charge.
Insuring that movements and forms are correct is a tough task to do but it’s doable. I will pay close attention to your movements and progression to make sure injury risks are small and still meeting our individual goals. In fact, I have noticed that clients that are on video are much easier for me to see. My eyes are focused on the whole body.
