The hybrid personal training approach combines online and in-person training to offer you the best of both worlds in terms of results. We will continue to meet in person on certain days and virtually on others.
During our hybrid sessions, I’ll give you with specific coaching and strategies to help you accomplish your fitness goals – whether you want to lose weight or develop muscle mass, your wish is my command! Get the attention, motivation, and results you deserve to boost your confidence and overall well-being.
For in-person, I would like us to meet up to 4 times a month and the same as for virtual. Overall, I would like us to meet up to 8 times a month.
For in person, I would like us to meet any day between Friday and Sunday. For virtual, any day between Monday and Thursday.
I would like us to meet twice a week. One in person and the other is on virtual.
