Our hybrid personal training approach combines the best of online and in-person training to provide you with a dynamic and effective fitness experience. We’ll work with you to tailor our coaching approach to your unique needs and preferences, whether you’re looking to lose weight or build muscle.
With our hybrid sessions, we’ll meet both in person and virtually, providing you with hands-on coaching and support during our in-person sessions, and ongoing support, accountability, and motivation during our virtual sessions. You’ll have access to personalized feedback, guidance, customized workout plans, nutrition advice, and progress tracking tools, all designed to help you achieve your desired results.

For in-person, I would like us to meet up to 4 times a month and the same as for virtual. Overall, I would like us to meet up to 8 times a month.
For in person, I would like us to meet any day between Friday and Sunday. For virtual, any day between Monday and Thursday.
I would like us to meet twice a week. One in person and the other is on virtual.
