Join the 3rd Annual Holiday Weight Loss Challenge, running from October 1st to December 24th. I understand that the holiday season can be a challenging time for maintaining a healthy weight. That’s why my primary goal is to help you manage your weight effectively during this festive period. With this challenge, the aim is to prevent weight gain and, for those who wish, support weight loss. Make this holiday season a healthier and happier one with the 3rd Annual Holiday Weight Loss Challenge.
The challenge consists of three phases: ‘Hallow-Lean’ running from October 1st to October 31st, ‘Thanksgiving Thinner’ spanning from November 1st to November 24th, and ‘Light Before Christmas’ taking place from November 25th to December 24th. Each phase has it’s own optional mini challenge(s) to help you with your goal of weight loss. The ultimate goal is to lose weight or not gain weight during the holiday season.

Weight Loss Challenge
- First place : 20% off first package of 2024 personal training. For non-client $100 gift card from e-gifter

Weigh-in as many as you want. Oct 1 and Dec 24 weigh-ins submissions are required and video recorded. Every now and then, I’ll ask everyone to step on the scale to check your progress. Below is an acceptable sample video.
Weight loss are calculated by percentage. The first two challengers with the highest percentages win
All videos are private. Only I can see it.

This year’s Holiday Weight Loss Challenge comes with an exciting new feature: the addition of two unique 30-day challenges—the “30 Day Build Up” and the “30 Day Burnout.” These challenges are designed to provide you with more options and opportunities to achieve your fitness goals during the holiday season. Whether you’re looking to gradually build up your fitness or push yourself to the limit with a burnout challenge, we’ve got you covered!
