Phase 1: Hallow-Lean (October 1st – October 31st) π
In this spooky phase, we’ll kick off the challenge by warding off the temptations of Halloween candy and transforming into our best selves. Your mission? Not only to resist the siren call of sweet treats but to shed those extra pounds and build your strength physically and emotionally.
Phase 2: Thanksgiving ‘Thinner’ (November 1st – November 24th) π¦
As Thanksgiving approaches, we’ll be giving thanks for our commitment to health. This phase is all about maintaining your progress and staying focused on your goals. The turkey might be tempting, but your determination will be even more potent.
Phase 3: ‘Light’ Before Christmas (November 25th – December 24th) π
In the final stretch, we’ll light up the holiday season with our dedication to health. Our aim? To celebrate Christmas without adding extra pounds to our bodies. This phase will guide you through maintaining your hard-earned progress, so you can start the new year feeling fantastic.
Our Two Main Goals:
Stay Weight-Wise: Our primary goal is to help you navigate the holiday season without gaining unwanted weight. Together, we’ll prove that enjoying festive feasts and staying fit can go hand in hand.
Lose Weight: For those who wish to take it a step further, I’ll provide the support and motivation to shed some pounds during this challenge. Whether it’s a little or a lot, every achievement is worth celebrating.
No Specific Diet, No Specific Workouts:
If you’re a client, you’re already equipped with your personalized workout and diet plans. This challenge is about implementing what you’ve learned and staying committed to your fitness journey. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here; it’s about what works best for you.
For those who haven’t become clients yet, I’ll be sharing valuable links, motivational content, and workout routines to assist you in overcoming the challenge. Rest assured, you won’t be at a disadvantage, and there will be support to help you progress.
